Welcome to Miranda Kaula Acupuncture
Professional acupuncture in East London – restoring balance for body, mind and emotional wellbeing
Acupuncture is more than symptom relief. It’s a way to restore equilibrium, ease pain, calm the mind, and build long-term resilience. At my Hackney clinic I offer safe, professional, and evidence-informed acupuncture tailored to your needs.
Meet Miranda
I’m Miranda Kaula, a licensed acupuncturist with a BSc (Hons) in Acupuncture and LicAc qualification from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine. As a member of the British Acupuncture Council (MBAcC), I follow the highest standards of safety and ethics.

My approach combines Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Five Element acupuncture – a unique integration that allows me to treat both physical symptoms and the deeper emotional or constitutional patterns that influence health.

Why people choose my practice
Dual training in TCM & Five Element acupuncture – offering comprehensive, personalised care.
Therapeutic relationship – a safe, empathetic space where you feel heard and understood.
Flexible, accessible care – clinic sessions available in Hackney.
Evidence-informed practice – blending traditional wisdom with modern research.

What my clients say
"Miranda has a gentle, professional manner and genuinely cares. She's generous with her deep knowledge, and is highly skilled. Even in a short time she has made a big difference to my neck and shoulder, and I'm suffering less pain and discomfort than before."
