Booking information
Everything you need to know before your appointment
Cancellations and rescheduling
Life happens – if you need to change your appointment, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. This allows me to offer your slot to someone else who may be waiting. Late cancellations may be charged, except in cases of illness or emergency.
Payment
Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer at the time of your session. If you’d like to set up a transfer in advance, I’ll provide bank details when you book.
What to wear
Loose, comfortable clothing is best. Many acupuncture points are on the arms and legs, so being able to roll up sleeves or trousers is ideal. If treatment points are on your back or abdomen, gowns are available for your comfort.
What to bring
-
A list of medications or supplements you’re currently taking.
-
Any medical letters, reports, or test results that may be helpful.
-
Questions you’d like to ask about your treatment.
How to prepare
-
Eat something light a few hours before.
-
Come well hydrated.
-
Avoid alcohol and excess caffeine before your appointment.
-
Arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
During your appointment
Your first consultation will be longer so we can explore your health history in detail before treatment. Follow-up sessions will begin with a check-in about your progress and adapt the treatment plan as needed.
